The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, cash flow management, and supporting strategic business decisions.
Talent Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or hotel operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and Malaysian tax regulations.
- Experience with hotel finance systems is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
