Position Overview:

AsiaOne is looking for candidates to build strong client relationships, preferably but not necessary to have experience in digital advertising solutions. You will be responsible for developing a portfolio of advertisers and agencies, acting as a trusted advisor to deliver strategic, data-driven solutions that meet their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients’ business needs and present compelling, tailored media and advertising solutions
  • Drive digital advertising growth with Agencies and Clients
  • Sell integrated digital solutions across content, video, display, and social
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, media planning) to design and deliver integrated campaigns across content, video, display, and social
  • Confidently negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed personal sales targets within assigned industries/sectors
  • Work with the campaign manager to monitor campaign performance to ensure success metrics are met
  • Collaborate as an enthusiastic team player across different functions and business units


Requirements:

  • Operates as a dynamic "hunter" and demand generator
  • Highly organised with strong analytical, problem-solving, planning ability and adaptable to changes
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, resourceful and able to work under tight deadlines
  • A proven track record of driving new business growth
  • Preferred experience in media sales, digital media, media advertising, and content marketing
  • Those with no sales experience but has strong hunting characteristics and good communication skills, not shy to present and talk are most welcomed to apply
  • Package: Basic + Commission
