About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead to shape the technology strategy, architecture, and standards for our web applications and integrated solutions. You will lead technical planning, guide development teams and vendors, ensure system stability and security, and be the escalation point for complex technical issues.

What You’ll Do

• Define and maintain technology stack, frameworks, and architectures for web applications and integrations.
• Act as technical owner for existing applications, ensuring stability, security, and supportability.
• Lead solution design, technical planning, and risk management across projects.
• Guide internal teams and external vendors on coding standards, architecture, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for refactoring, optimization, and modernization.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and production incidents.
• Maintain documentation to reduce single-person dependencies and support knowledge transfer.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong web application development and system integration experience.
• Proficiency in back-end languages (C#, Java, Python, Node.js, PHP, Ruby); .NET/C# preferred.
• Experience building/maintaining RESTful APIs and working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
