Role Description

The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new leads, conduct consultations with prospective residential and commercial customers, and present tailored solar energy solutions. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales cycle, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role involves maintaining a pipeline in the CRM system, following up with prospects, and providing accurate product and pricing information.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2C and/or B2B sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related technical products.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, customer-friendly language.
  • High level of self-motivation, accountability, and adaptability in a hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to travel within and around Shah Alam for client meetings and site visits as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
  • Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and helping customers optimize long-term cost savings.
