About The Role

As a Data Analyst (Commercial & Finance), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing NSTY Holding's business intelligence ecosystem. You will work closely with Senior Management, Finance, Commercial, Sales, Operations, and HR teams to transform complex business data into meaningful insights that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

This is not a reporting-only role.

We are looking for someone who can challenge assumptions, identify trends, uncover opportunities, and become a trusted business partner to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Warehousing

• Extract, clean, validate, and transform data from ERP, accounting systems, POS systems, and operational databases.
• Design and maintain scalable data warehouses and data marts.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines to automate data collection and reporting processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and governance across all business functions.
• Establish data quality monitoring and validation procedures.
• Business Intelligence & Dashboard Development
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Create automated executive dashboards for leadership reporting.
• Build KPI scorecards and performance tracking tools.
• Develop self-service reporting capabilities for business users.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful visualizations and actionable insights.

Commercial Analytics

• Analyze sales performance across channels, regions, and product categories.
• Evaluate customer trends, purchasing behaviour, and profitability drivers.
• Support commercial decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor revenue performance against targets and forecasts.
• Identify growth opportunities and operational improvement initiatives.

Financial Analytics

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Perform variance analysis and financial performance reviews.
• Develop profitability analysis by business unit, product, location, and channel.
• Analyze cost structures and operational efficiencies.
• Create financial models to support strategic business decisions.

Automation & Process Improvement

• Automate repetitive reporting tasks and manual data processes.
• Develop Python-based scripts and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Reduce reporting turnaround time through technology and process enhancements.
• Implement best practices in analytics, reporting, and dashboard design.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and HR teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and leadership teams.
• Translate technical insights into business-friendly recommendations.
• Support management meetings with timely and accurate analytical reports.

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Financial Planning & Analysis, or related fields.
• Proven experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Experience working with ERP systems and large datasets.
• Strong understanding of commercial and financial performance metrics.
