Responsibilities:
Assist Assistant Vice President, Performance and Training in implementing measures to improve performance levels and meet company's and clients' KPI
Monitor calls to ensure that customer interactions are in compliance with business and clients' requirements
Establish work priorities, develop and review performance
Implement service strategies and improve job processes
Review collection activities
Assist in escalated feedbacks and operational issues
Team building and management
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements :
Candidate should possess at least a Degree / Diploma in any discipline or relevant experience
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Meticulous and good interpersonal skills
Able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
