What you'll be doing
· Support and supervise the kitchen team for smooth daily operations
· Ensure high standards in food quality, presentation, and portioning
· Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
· Train and guide junior chefs to improve skills and efficiency
· Address and resolve kitchen disputes, escalating to management when necessary
· Ensure all operational activities adhere to relevant legislations, health and safetyregulations and licensing conditions
· Ensure cleanliness and proper grooming across the kitchen
· Stepin to oversee kitchen operations during the Head Chef’s absence
· Carryout any other culinary duties as per assigned by superior
