We are representing one of Singapore’s leading workplace design & build firms, delivering high-performance offices for multinational clients across the technology, finance, and professional services sectors.

We are seeking an M&E QS Manager to lead tendering, procurement, and commercial management for M&E packages across workplace fit-out projects. You will be responsible for cost estimation, subcontractor sourcing, tender evaluation, contract negotiations, and commercial support throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tendering and procurement for ACMV, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing works.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender evaluations, and commercial comparisons.
• Source, negotiate, and manage M&E subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support project teams on budgeting, cost control, variations, and value engineering.
• Build and maintain a strong network of M&E subcontractors in Singapore.

Requirements

• 8+ years of M&E Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong tendering and procurement background within office fit-out, interior fit-out, M&E contracting, or design & build projects.
• Good understanding of M&E systems and Singapore market rates.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking subcontractors and stakeholders.
