Contract Duration: 12 Months (Potential Extension)

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot advertising technology issues, including web integrations, tracking implementations, and API-related challenges.
- Provide technical consultation and best practice recommendations for advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues.
- Debug third-party website scripts, REST APIs, and web technologies to ensure seamless implementation.
- Deliver high-quality technical support while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in AdTech, Digital Advertising, Technical Support, Developer Support, or Technical Consulting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience troubleshooting third-party website scripts.
- Hands-on experience debugging REST APIs and API request payloads.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with advertising platforms, pixels, and campaign tracking.
- Knowledge of SDK integrations and advertising technologies.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar marketing technology tools.
- Background in Ad Operations, Technical Account Management, or Ads Product Support.
