Program Overview
We are seeking high-potential professionals to join our Leadership Executive Associate Program (LEAP), a structured leadership acceleration program designed to develop future business leaders and successors within the organization.
This is not a traditional rotational role. It is an intensive and performance-driven program where Associates are expected to lead strategic initiatives, work directly with senior leadership, and deliver measurable business impact.
The successful candidates will take on ownership of critical business projects, gaining deep exposure to investment, operations, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Rotational Exposure
- Participate in structured cross-functional rotations across strategic business units, including but not limited to: Investment, Investment Operations, Asset Management, or Philanthropy.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of each department’s functions, workflows, challenges, and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key business initiatives and transformation projects.
- Develop a broad understanding of organizational strategy and stakeholder management.
2. Strategic Project Ownership
- Lead and deliver milestone projects aligned with business priorities during each rotation.
- Analyze business challenges and recommend strategic improvements to operational processes, governance, or business performance.
- Prepare reports, presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership review.
- Present project outcomes and recommendations to management and executive stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives independently while working collaboratively across departments.
3. Leadership Development
- Participate in executive shadowing opportunities, leadership meetings, and strategic discussions.
- Work closely with senior leaders and department heads to understand management practices and decision-making processes.
- Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through practical assignments.
- Demonstrate initiative in managing assigned tasks and projects.
- Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
4. Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Artificial Intelligence, Real Estate, Data Science, Law, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in operations, investment, asset management, financial services, consulting, startups, real estate, or social impact sectors is an advantage.

Additional Information:
- Successful candidates must be able to undertake overseas assignments of up to 3 months as part of the development programme.
Career Progression:
LEAP serves as a strategic succession pipeline for future leadership talent within the organization. Upon successful completion of the program, associates may be placed into managerial, strategic, or specialist leadership-track roles based on business requirements, organizational succession needs, demonstrated performance, and leadership readiness throughout the program.
