岗位职责
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling procedures such as employee onboarding, probation completion, transfer, and separation.
2. Manage relevant HR work related to employment contract signing, renewal, amendment, filing, etc.
3. Responsible for the full process operation of employee social insurance and EPF, and follow up on policy changes to ensure compliance with company EPF, SOSCO, EIS, PCB operations.
4. Compile employee attendance data and handle abnormal attendance records.
5. Responsible for the company's industrial and commercial registration management, maintaining various license files of the company; coordinating with government departments such as industry and commerce, taxation, etc., to maintain good relationships;
6. Responsible for administrative support, including daily administrative tasks, event reception support, etc.;
7. Complete other administrative tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or above, with relevant work experience in human resources or general administration, and familiar with local social insurance policies and the operation process of SOSCO, EPF.
2. Possess strong work responsibility and teamwork spirit.
3. Be meticulous and rigorous in work, with strong execution ability, and have good professional qualities and ethics.
