Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and process mapping activities.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements through Salesforce capabilities.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Serve as the liaison between business teams and technical/development teams.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce System Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and business process analysis.
• Experience working in multinational or regional environments is preferred.

Language Requirements

• Fluent Vietnamese (spoken and written).
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and documentation in both Vietnamese and English.
