Main Duties & Responsibilities

Our client is currently seeking an Manager, Dealer & Channel Sales to drive sales growth through dealer networks, OEM partners, showroom channels, and trade stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening market presence, managing channel relationships, and leading a small sales team to achieve business objectives across the building materials segment.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Leading and coaching a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Managing dealer, showroom, and channel sales activities to drive market expansion

• Developing relationships with contractors, carpenters, fabricators, and trade partners

• Working closely with specification and project sales teams to convert project opportunities into sales orders

• Identifying new channel partners and strengthening existing business relationships

• Acting as a key point of contact for OEM and strategic accounts

• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business growth

• Collaborating with marketing, operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

• Managing sales pipelines, forecasting activities, and CRM updates


Candidate Profile

Our ideal candidate will be one who has most of the below criteria:

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related disciplines

• Around 5 years or more of experience within building materials, architectural products, interior products, furniture materials, surfacing solutions, or related industries

• Experience managing dealer networks, distributors, OEM accounts, or showroom channels

• Prior exposure to contractors, carpenters, fabricators, developers, or interior fit-out stakeholders is highly advantageous

• Experience leading or mentoring junior sales team members

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Commercially driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while leading a team
