Job Responsibilities

• Analyse, monitor, review and process payment of Agency Compensation & Benefits.
• Handling agency enquiry pertaining to Agency Statement, compensation and benefits.
• Enhance or improve existing services provided to agency force.
• Processing and monitor advances of Credit due for Agency Leaders.
• Provide update information on Agency Compensation and Benefits to Management.
• Monitoring the sorting and dispatching of reports and statements.
• To perform functional testing of the core system and other platforms of systems on new features and system upgrade.
• To perform functional testing of the core system and other platform of systems on correctional / enhancement features.
• To perform functional testing of the core system for new products and other related platforms to support the feature of product
• To understand the features requirement of users and work towards their delivery
• To translate specifications and requirements of users to system gaps and documentation.
• To investigate and understand any reported system error and work towards to solve the issue.
• Data cleansing activities related to the core system to enhance the functionality of system
• Ensure compliance with Company and Regulatory policies and regulations.
• Other duties as required by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science is preferred
• Open to fresh graduates
• Training will be provided
