Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Engineer (Desktop Analyst) to support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure within a fast-paced BPO environment. The role is responsible for endpoint management, desktop administration, technical support escalation, IT asset management, and infrastructure maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Windows administration, and Google Workspace, with the ability to provide advanced troubleshooting and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently, support business-critical systems, and contribute to a secure and efficient IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Group Policies (GPO)

• Administer Windows desktop environments and Google Workspace

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues

• Lead hardware and software deployments across the organization

• Manage IT asset inventory, software licenses, and technical documentation

• Ensure compliance with IT security and operational standards

Requirements:

4–5 years of experience in Desktop Support, Technical Support, or IT Infrastructure roles

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Google Workspace

Familiarity with networking, telephony, and enterprise endpoint management

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

Relevant certifications are an added advantage
