We’re Hiring: Art Director (Creative Agency)

If you have a strong eye for design, think conceptually, and enjoy leading creative work from idea to execution, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Execute creative work from concept to final artwork across integrated campaigns (ATL & BTL), branding, publications, and digital platforms
• Design for a wide range of materials including marketing collaterals, annual reports, coffee table books, brochures, corporate profile, packaging, social media, website development, etc.
• Translate client briefs into strong visual ideas and compelling creative solutions
• Collaborate closely with the Servicing team to align creative direction with client objectives
• Present ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients
• Ensure brand consistency, visual quality, and creative excellence across all deliverables

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field
• 4–6+ years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and campaign work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Experience in motion graphics and digital campaigns is an advantage
• Experience in property-related projects is a plus
• Strong sense of layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling
• Good leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Responsible, positive attitude, and eager to learn
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
