Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Personalization Operator to join our Production Team. The role involves performing credit card personalization processes, including chip embedding, card printing, and fulfillment activities, while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform credit card personalization activities based on job sheets and operational checklists.
• Operate and monitor card personalization, printing, and chip embedding machines.
• Ensure all personalized cards are produced accurately with zero defects.
• Conduct quality checks and verify production output before release.
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of materials and card stock.
• Support fulfillment and production-related activities to meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting when necessary.
• Adhere to security, compliance, and operational procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a card personalization, printing, production, or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic technical knowledge of machines, computers, and production equipment.
• Experience with DataCard, LaserCard, or similar card personalization machines is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Willing to work extended hours and accommodate urgent client requests when required.
• Comfortable working in a production/operations environment with minimal customer interaction.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.

• Successful candidates must pass a background check and obtain Bank Negara clearance before onboarding.
