Responsibilities

BookMyShow SEA is a regional ticketing start up, selling events, movies, attractions and

more. We empower event organisers and venue owners by giving them the right tools that

they need to successfully manage their ticketing from the internet to the door.

Our team in the Client Services team, is a multi-disciplinary team of Managers and

Executives working together in ensuring that all inventories of products and services that

can be sold through various sales channels platforms, to client servicing to ensure the

smooth administration of ticket inventories and optimise sales for our inventory owners.


What You'll Do:

  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing business partners.
  • Coordinate and manage all event-related details from planning through execution.
  • Ensure event information and reports are accurately prepared and communicated to all relevant departments in a timely manner, ensuring events are ready for sale.
  • Manage and oversee the seat management system.
  • Work closely with internal business teams to understand clients' needs and translate them into actionable plans to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Participate in and support various company projects as required.

  • Confident in making decisions and providing recommendations, even in ambiguous situations.
  • Passionate about creative problem-solving and working in a multicultural environment.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal, negotiation, crisis management, and time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic about the Arts & Entertainment industry.


Role Would Be a Good Fit If You Have:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in events management or a related field.
  • A Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience working in a start-up environment (preferred but not essential).
