Responsibilities
We are hiring a motivated and service-driven Sales Executive to join a well-established company specialising in memorial products and services.
This role is well-suited for individuals with B2C sales experience who enjoy engaging with customers in a thoughtful, consultative, and service-oriented manner. No cold calling or hard selling involved.
Gross Salary: Up to $4,000 – $5,000 per month
Location: Jurong East (approximately 10 minutes by bus from MRT)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries and provide professional advice on products and services
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
Build strong rapport and deliver excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
Conduct follow-ups to maintain long-term customer relationships
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution
Carry out field visits when required to support customer needs
Requirements
Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
Prior experience in B2C sales is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric, empathetic, and professional in approach
Comfortable working in a service-focused environment
