Key Responsibilities
• Provide friendly service to retail and wholesale customers.
• Assist with plant selections and gardening products.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Manage POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain product displays and support stock replenishment.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Work with colleagues during busy periods and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail and garden areas.
• Support stock handling and general store operations.
Job Requirements
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
• Energetic and comfortable working outdoors.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Basic IT knowledge and ability to operate POS systems.
• Interest in plants, gardening, and nature.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
• Team player comfortable with hands-on work.
• Willing to work at least one weekend day.
