Job Description:
Provide excellent service and support for clients
Conduct in-depth understanding of each products and analysis of clients’ needs and requirements and communicate with carpenter of specification
Warehouse Management with stock taking and coordinating delivery schedule
Responsible for sales order taking, customer enquiry, follow up, delivery schedule, payment collection and after sales services
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
Candidate with at least "O" Level
Candidate with 1 years in warehouse or call center experienced is welcome if without required qualification/ any discipline.
Highly motivated self-starter with positive learning attitude
Able to work in minimum supervision
Customer focused and service oriented
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
Able to communicate, follow up and answer customer queries via Social Media/Whatsapp
5.5 Days, Mon-Friday (9-6PM) Sat (9-1pm)
Skills:
Good soft interpersonal, collaboration and teamwork skills
Proficient with Ms Office (Excel, Words, Power Point)
Fluent in English or any additional language such as Mandarin will be advantage. (in order to communicate effectively with shipping company and factory)
