We’re Hiring: Product Manager (Digital Products)

Join our team in Singapore and take ownership of building impactful digital products from idea to launch and beyond!

Role: Product Manager

Experience Required: 4 to 7 years

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

️ Own the full product lifecycle – from discovery to launch and continuous improvement

️ Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and define clear problem statements

️ Develop product strategy, business cases, and value propositions

️ Define KPIs and track product performance using data-driven insights

️ Build and manage product roadmaps, prioritising based on business impact

️ Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and business teams

️ Lead product launches, measure success, and drive iteration

️ Drive user engagement, onboarding, and adoption

Skills Required:

• Strong product management experience in digital environments

• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Balsamiq (or similar)

• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills

Eligibility Criteria:

️ Only Singapore Citizens

️ Must have CAT 2 Clearance

Preferred Certifications:

• CSM / CSPO

• CBAP / CCBA / PMI-PBA
