We are working with a financial services organisation looking to hire an AVP-level IAM & Security Engineer in Singapore.

This is a hands-on role covering identity access management, security controls, and cybersecurity engineering across enterprise, cloud, and on-premise environments

Responsibiliti

• esDesign, implement, and maintain IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC, access reviews, and identity lifecycle process
• esIntegrate IAM tools with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and on-premise syste
• msSupport security engineering across network, endpoint, cloud, SIEM, vulnerability management, firewalls, and IDS / I
• PSMonitor and respond to IAM and cybersecurity incidents, threats, and access anomali
• esSupport security assessments, remediation, audit, regulatory, and compliance activiti
• esLead or contribute to IAM and cybersecurity improvement initiativ
• esWork with IT, business, risk, and security stakeholders to improve access controls and security postu

Requireme

• nts4+ years of experience in IAM, security engineering, or cybersecurity engineer
• ingHands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping Identity, or simi
• larUnderstanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, RBAC, least privilege, and access review proces
• sesExposure to security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, endpoint protection, IDS / IPS, vulnerability management, or cloud security platfo
• rmsFamiliarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP security featu
• resKnowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, or similar cybersecurity framewo
