Responsibilities

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to manage our engineering team and drive the development of our web applications. You will balance technical strategy, code architecture, and team mentorship while leading the integration of advanced AI capabilities into our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Mentor: Manage a small-to-medium team of developers, conduct code reviews, and guide career growth.

  • Architect & Build: Oversee full-stack development using PHP (Laravel) and React.

  • AI Implementation: Drive the strategy and integration of AI features (LLMs, vector databases, or custom ML models).

  • Delivery: Partner with product teams to scope features, estimate timelines, and manage agile sprints.

What We're Looking For

  • Management: 2+ years of experience leading or managing an engineering team.

  • Tech Stack: Strong production experience with PHP (Laravel) and React.

  • AI Project Experience: Must have experience building and deploying AI-driven features or products.

  • Infrastructure: Solid grasp of SQL databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
