About the Role

We're looking for a Human Resource Manager to lead both HR and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) for our organisation. You'll drive people strategy, build a positive workplace culture, and ensure a safe working environment — all while supporting our team's growth and well-being.

What You'll Do

• Develop HR strategies that support business goals, employee engagement, and retention
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development
• Lead employee relations — policy guidance, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
• Build and maintain WHS policies, conduct safety audits/risk assessments, and lead incident investigations
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and WHS regulations
• Act as Return-to-Work Coordinator for injured employees
• Champion company culture and core values across the organisation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in HR, WHS, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in a combined HR & safety management role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and WHS compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• WHS/risk management certification a plus
• FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial experience a plus
