LOCATION: 10 Boulevard, Petaling Jaya

WORKING ARRANGEMENT: Hybrid (1 day work from home - Fixed schedule)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the bridge between clients and creatives — taking briefs and turning them into action.
• Coordinate and execute advertising, activations, and event campaigns from start to finish.
• Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Understand the language of production and fabrication.
• Develop and present creative proposals, timelines, and cost estimates with confidence.
• Think on your feet and bring fresh on-ground ideas to the table.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and brand insights to grow client accounts.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Must be local citizen.
• Experience in brand activations, events, or experiential marketing is a huge advantage.
• Organised, proactive, and unafraid to speak up.
• Able to communicate in English proficiently (Mandarin will be added as advantage).
• Creative thinker who can connect ideas to execution.
• Comfortable with tight deadlines, last-minute changes, and high-energy team dynamics.
• A team player with great communication skills (verbal + written).
• Passion for fitness, wellness, or sports marketing? That’s a BIG plus point.
