Overview

We are looking for highly motivated Diploma or Degree graduates to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team as a Manual Tester. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have gained exposure to software testing through internships, academic projects, final year projects, or industrial training and are eager to build a career in Software Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

Software Testing

• Execute manual test cases, functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Validate software functionality against business and user requirements.

• Identify, document, track, and report software defects using internal defect management tools.

• Verify bug fixes and perform retesting before software releases.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain test cases, test plans, test execution reports, and defect reports.

• Document testing results accurately and provide clear feedback to development teams.

• Support maintenance and enhancement of QA documentation and test repositories.

Collaboration

• Work closely with software developers, product owners, business users, and senior QA engineers.

• Participate in team discussions, daily meetings, and project reviews.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and provide usability feedback.

AI & Modern Testing Practices

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar tools to improve productivity, documentation, and testing efficiency.

• Explore AI-assisted approaches for test case creation, test scenario generation, and defect analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

• Internship, industrial training, academic project, final year project, or practical exposure involving:

• Software Testing
• Quality Assurance (QA)
• System Testing
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Application Validation
• Product Verification

Technical Knowledge

• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

• Exposure to test case creation, test execution, bug reporting, and defect tracking.

• Familiarity with web, desktop, mobile, or embedded application testing.

• Basic understanding of Windows and/or Linux environments is an advantage.

• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Bugzilla, Postman, or Selenium is a plus.

AI Exposure (Highly Preferred)

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.

• Exposure through coursework, projects, internships, or personal learning initiatives is acceptable.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication skills in English.
