JOB VACANCY

BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler

Responsibilities:

* BIM Modeling: Create, develop, and manage 3D BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or other BIM-related tools. Ensure the accuracy, quality, and completeness of models.

* Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate BIM into the design and construction processes. Attend project meetings and provide BIM support and expertise.

* Model Coordination: Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts in BIM models. Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of various building components.

* Data Management: Manage the organization and structure of BIM data, maintain file repositories, and ensure the proper version control of models and project-related documents.

* Standards and Guidelines: Adhere to company and industry standards for BIM implementation. Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices.

* Model Analysis: Perform analysis, simulations, and evaluations on BIM models to assess building performance, sustainability, and other project-specific requirements.

* Documentation: Create and maintain BIM documentation, including model development standards, BIM execution plans, and model usage guides.

* Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on BIM-related tools and processes. Help troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related issues.

* Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of BIM models and associated data. Conduct regular model audits and checks to identify errors or inconsistencies.

* Project Delivery: Support project delivery through the effective use of BIM models, including 4D scheduling, 5D cost estimation, and asset management.

Qualifications:

* Diploma/Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

* Proven experience as a BIM Engineer/BIM Modeler in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.

* Proficiency in BIM software, especially Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

* Strong understanding of construction processes and principles.

* Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, COBie) and best practices.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* Familiarity with 3D visualization and rendering software is a plus.

* Certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are advantageous.
