Job Description

Responsibilities

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract via 3rd Party Hire for 12 Months


We are looking for a suitably qualified Logistics Coordinator to provide coordination and administrative support for marine, aviation, and ground transport logistics activities, ensuring safe, accurate and timely movement of personnel and materials for offshore and onshore operations.


Key Purpose:

The role supports the logistics team by maintaining schedules, documentation, reports and logistics data, contributing to efficient execution of logistics operations in accordance with approved plans, safety requirements, and procedures.


Responsibilities:

Marine Logistics Support

  • Coordinating vessel schedules, preparing crew lists & maintaining daily marine logs & reports.
  • Assist in tracking marine activity status and upcoming requirements based on approved plans and schedules.
  • Provide coordination & administrative support during logistics disruptions/emergency situations.


Aviation & Ground Transport Support

  • Support helicopter and ground transport operations by preparing flight schedules, passenger manifests and personnel movement plans.
  • Assist in tracking marine activity status and upcoming requirements based on approved plans and schedules.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support during logistics disruptions/emergency situations.


Look Ahead Planning & Coordination Support

  • Support short term logistics planning by preparing rolling look ahead schedules for marine, aviation and ground transport activities.
  • Highlight upcoming logistics constraints (e.g. crew changes, flight capacity, vessel availability) for early review.


Administrative & Financial Support

  • Prepare, verify, and consolidate logistics‑related invoices, timesheets, and supporting documents for review and approval.
  • Maintain organized records of logistics documentation, including manifests, movement logs, invoices, and correspondence.


Compliance Support

  • Ensure transport documentation, manifests, and records are prepared in accordance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements, and escalate discrepancies as required.

  • Prepare, compile, and maintain logistics operations documentation and records required for audits, inspections, or reviews.


Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate logistics records and support preparation of routine reports (Daily Logistics Report, weekly updates, dashboards).


Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in logistics coordination (preferably marine, aviation, or ground transport).
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Experience in basic financial administration, including invoicing and record‑keeping.
