Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Operations Executive to support the heartbeat of our business. In this role, you will manage daily order fulfilment, delivery coordination, and quality control to ensure our customers receive exactly what they ordered. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to learn the ins and outs of health-food logistics while growing with a purpose-driven brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Operation Support: Assist in managing daily order fulfilment, monitoring stock levels, and bridging communication between customer requirements and the kitchen team. Support daily and weekly forecasting to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Logistics and Delivery Management: Schedule and monitor daily customer meal deliveries to meet tight timelines. Coordinate closely with external delivery partners to track riders, troubleshoot transit issues, and ensure orders arrive safely.
• Quality Control: Perform meticulous inspections on food packaging, weights, portion sizes, and freshness standards prior to dispatch.
• Social Media Ideation: Contribute creative content ideas and assist in developing posts across our social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
• Special Projects: Assist with cross-functional ad-hoc assignments and maintain a growth-oriented mindset to broaden your skill set as the business evolves.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, F&B, or administrative roles. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field. Advantage if in operations management, business, food science, or related fields.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and third-party delivery or logistics systems.
• Passion for social media trends, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Salary

RM2,000 to RM2,500 per month, commensurate with experience.
