Position Summary
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to generate new business, grow existing accounts, and contribute to overall revenue targets. This role involves identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and an ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the achievement of assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Proactively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted territories.
- Effectively cross-sell a range of solution offerings to maximize account value and customer impact.
- Understand customer needs and business challenges to craft tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal solution teams and partners to design and deliver optimal proposals.
- Lead client presentations, sales meetings, and negotiations, ensuring clear and compelling communication throughout the sales process.
- Prepare sales documentation, proposals, and follow-up correspondence to support deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with client expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the IT industry, with a strong track record of performance.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong business acumen.
- Able to communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic environment.
- Self-driven and results-oriented.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
