CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

• Plan and execute mechanical works across all stages of the project.
• Coordinate mechanical works to meet design specifications, performance standards and data center requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and subcontractors on technical and commercial matters related to mechanical trades.
• Ensure proper integration of mechanical works with C&S, architectural and electrical trades.
• Lead testing and commissioning of mechanical systems and ensure readiness for handover.
• Identify and mitigate mechanical-related project risks to maintain safety, quality and project timeline.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of mechanical design experience with M&E consultancy and/ or contractor.
• Data Center construction project experience is a Plus.
• Excellent technical knowledge in HVAC, Fire Protection, BMS, Plumbing and mechanical services.
• Strong coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English language.
