Responsibilities
Family Group: Nursing Ancillary
1. Endoscope Reprocessing
Perform cleaning, disinfection, and reprocessing of endoscopes in accordance with established protocols and infection control standards
2. Basic Patient Care Support
Assist nursing staff in preparing patients before procedures (e.g., positioning, transferring)
Provide basic care support such as monitoring patient comfort and assisting with non-clinical needs
Support post-procedure care under supervision (e.g., assisting with patient transfer)
Ensure patient dignity, privacy, and safety at all times
3. General:
Ensure adherence to infection control and workplace safety standards
Handle basic administrative or logistical tasks when required
Requirement:
Ability to follow protocols and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills
Prior healthcare or reprocessing experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
