Location: Tiong Nam Logistics, Tebrau

Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team with clear direction and guidance.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Job Descriptions :

• Review and interpret picking lists to efficiently pick and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Regularly inspect and verify the quantity and condition of goods to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and relevant internal departments to address inquiries and ensure seamless operations.
• Generate and maintain accurate monthly billing forms for invoicing purposes.
• Prepare and submit reports as requested by customers, ensuring timely and accurate information.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
