Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Working Hours: 6 days per week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on factory equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and utility-related issues.
• Maintain and service kitchen production equipment, chillers, freezers, water pumps, motors, and other facility systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment faults and maintenance requirements.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Monitor and maintain factory utilities including electrical systems, water supply, and drainage systems.
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for major repairs or servicing works when required.
• Maintain proper maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety requirements and regulations.
• Assist with equipment installation, relocation, upgrading, and factory improvement projects.
• Support outlet maintenance activities when required by management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirement / Qualifications:

• Certificate, SKM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in factory maintenance, manufacturing, food production, or related industries.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, pumps, plumbing systems, and general maintenance work.
• Experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen, or FMCG environment will be an added advantage.
• Able to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance practices.
• Possess a positive attitude, good problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess a valid Class D driving license.
• Willing to travel within Johor Bahru when required.
