1. Sales & B2B Development
Your revenue-generating duties span both individual retail customers (B2C) and corporate/wholesale clients (B2B).
- B2B Account Management: Prospecting and securing corporate clients (e.g., companies buying premium bird's nest for corporate gifting, employee wellness, or retail partners). You will negotiate bulk pricing, draft business contracts, and manage these high-value relationships.
- Retail Sales & Customer Service: Attending to walk-in or direct online customers, explaining the health benefits of NESQ products, and closing individual sales.
- Order Processing: Generating official quotations, purchase orders (POs), and tax invoices for both B2B and regular clients.
- Client Retention: Providing ongoing after-sales support, resolving any delivery or product issues, and ensuring recurring orders from your B2B accounts.
2. Order Fulfillment & Logistics
Since you are handling physical products—especially premium, delicate items like concentrated bird's nest—careful logistics management is a major part of the day-to-day work.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Physically picking items from the branch inventory, securely packing them to prevent damage during transit, and preparing parcels for courier pickup or direct delivery.
- Quality Control: Inspecting products and packaging before they leave the branch to ensure they meet the brand's premium presentation standards (especially critical for corporate B2B gifts).
- Courier Coordination: Generating shipping labels (e.g., via EasyParcel or direct courier portals), tracking outbound shipments, and updating customers on their delivery status.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitoring stock levels of both the products and the packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, ribbons), and triggering restock requests to HQ before you run out.
3. General Administration
The background work required to keep the Skudai branch organized and compliant.
- Data & Record Management: Logging daily sales data, updating the customer CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database, and preparing weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
- Documentation: Filing delivery orders (DOs), signed invoices from B2B clients, and courier receipts for accounting purposes.
- Branch Upkeep: Ensuring the physical office and packing station are clean, organized, and running efficiently.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
