Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain outlet employees' records.
  • Assist in the recruitment process for outlet staff, including posting vacancies, screening candidates & scheduling interviews.
  • Liaise with outlet-in-charge for onboarding process and ensure all required documents are completed.
  • Provide support in handling employee relations matters and responding to HR-related inquiries.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the HR department.
  • Create and maintain proper filing systems, both in soft copy and hard copy, ensure effective documents controls for retrieval.
  • Maintain HR policies in accordance with Labour Laws and the Group Employee Handbook.
  • Handle employee counselling, disciplinary matters, show cause letters and warning letters when necessary.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters such as employment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters and other HR documents.
  • Coordinate staff welfare activities, refreshment arrangements, and office supplies (stationery, pantry items).
  • Organize staff engagement programs and team-building activities.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Qualities and Traits: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willing to travel to outlets when required.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, staff welfare management, and mandatory training requirements.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in HR/Admin or F&B industry is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
