JOB DESCRIPTION:-
1. Site Supervision & Coordination
- Supervise daily Civil & Structural (C&S) construction activities
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedule.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Ensure proper sequencing of construction activities.
- Attend site meetings with consultants, clients, and project teams.
2. Quality Control
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
- Inspect reinforcement works, formwork, concrete works, and structural elements before consultant inspections.
- Identify and rectify defects, non-conformance works, and construction discrepancies.
- Monitor workmanship quality and material compliance.
3. Safety Management
- Enforce compliance with site safety regulations and company HSE requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety hazards.
- Ensure workers wear proper PPE and follow safe work procedures.
- Report accidents, unsafe conditions, and near-miss incidents.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and inspection records.
- Maintain records of manpower, materials, equipment, and site activities.
- Document site instructions, delays, and variations.
- Submit progress updates to the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
5. Material & Resource Control
- Verify incoming materials and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate machinery, equipment, and manpower requirements.
- Monitor delivery schedules and site logistics.
JOB REQUIREMENT: -
- At least Bachelor in Civil Engineering, Building, Infrastructure, Construction Management, Building Management or related
- 5-7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Experience in coordinating and monitoring of site works in accordance with ISO requirements and contractual specifications
- Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects effectively
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of reinforced concrete, formwork, steel structures, and finishing works.
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
- Knowledge of OSHA, CIDB, and site safety requirements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
