Responsibility

• Implement and maintain Food Safety and Quality Management Systems i.e. GMP, HACCP
• Conduct incoming raw material, in process and outgoing product inspection
• Prepare dry ingredient / spices for production, ensure records are updated
• Monitor inventory of dry ingredients / spices, order when the stock is low
• Maintain optimum hygiene and cleanliness of the production and operation area
• Update process flow chart and work instructions
• Conduct Food Safety related training
• Perform any other duties/assignments assigned by the superior

Requirement

· SPM or Diploma graduate

· Able to speak, read and write in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to work in cold production environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
