Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To provide support to sales team and work closely with customers including:-
- Arrange courier for urgent delivery.
- Coordinating and preparing customer return documentation including:-
- Issue stock issue and received.
- Pick up phone, liaising with Customer & Sales Executive/Manager
- Update pending purchase order
- Proper filing for daily transaction.
- To coordinate with departmental personnel for whatever customer's request.
