Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative functions across two companies within our group. This role covers managing invoicing, receipts processing, inventory updates, reconciliations, and supporting statutory and ISO audit for an operational company. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling the simple full set of accounts for a start-up company.
Responsibilities:
- Issue sales invoices using AutoCount, ensuring accuracy and compliance, including uploading invoices to customer portals when required.
- Process and record customer payments accurately in AutoCount.
- Generate delivery orders and update goods received notes to maintain up-to-date stock records in AutoCount.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of schedules, statements of accounts, stocktake reports and reconciliation etc.
- Support external audit requirements by preparing relevant accounting documents and records.
- Assist with the renewal and maintenance of ISO certification, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with auditors.
- Independently manage simple full set of accounts for a start-up company.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (LCCI, ACCA part-qualified or equivalent).
- 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience with AutoCount is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of basic stock and inventory processes.
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
