• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options to potential buyers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive and memorable sales experience from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up.
• Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, offering effective solutions and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of Jaya Auto World Sdn Bhd.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the automotive market, including competitor offerings and industry trends, to better advise customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed correctly.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
