We are currently looking for a Project Executive (based in Kuala Lumpur) to support operational excellence, hotel onboarding projects, and partner performance management across OYO properties.

What You Will Be DoingProperty Performance & Partner Management

  • Drive performance improvement initiatives across assigned OYO properties
  • Monitor key business and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with hotel partners to improve performance, guest experience, and operational standards
  • Support revenue and occupancy improvement initiatives through regular engagement with stakeholders

Project Management & Hotel Onboarding

  • Coordinate pre-live activities for new hotels, ensuring timely and successful launches
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and execution milestones
  • Ensure properties are operationally ready before go-live, including SOP implementation and readiness checks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive project completion

Licensing & Compliance

  • Ensure all required hotel, branding, and operational licenses are obtained and maintained
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory and operational requirements

Vendor & Cost Management

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality delivery and cost efficiency
  • Support cost optimization initiatives and centralized procurement opportunities where applicable

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal teams
  • Act as a key point of contact between hotel partners and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment across multiple projects and accounts

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Project Management, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, account management, sales operations, business development, or related roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
