Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to support project coordination and administrative activities. The role involves handling project documentation, monitoring project-related records, and assisting with commercial and administrative processes to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Support the preparation and submission of quotations, claims, and project-related records.
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on documentation requirements.
- Monitor project schedules, submission deadlines, and administrative milestones.
- Maintain organized filing systems for project records and supporting documents.
- Assist with project cost monitoring and management reporting.
- Ensure records are updated accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to project and management teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration, project coordination, or construction-related administration.
- Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technical projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with project documentation and administrative processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
