About the Position
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Billing Executive to support daily inventory operations and billing administration. The successful candidate will work closely with project, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure accurate stock records, documentation, and invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, delivery documents, and related administrative records.
- Update and maintain inventory records for materials and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requests.
- Verify incoming and outgoing stock transactions.
- Assist in preparing reports related to inventory and billing activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, site personnel, and internal departments regarding material movements.
- Maintain organized records of purchase documents, delivery notes, and supporting paperwork.
- Support management with monthly administrative and operational reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, inventory control, logistics, billing, or related fields.
- Experience in engineering, construction, electrical, or technical environments is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with inventory, accounting, or ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
