Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical assistance and maintain the smooth operation of computer systems and office technology. The successful candidate will support users, resolve technical issues, and assist with IT-related projects and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for computers, software applications, and office equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist in maintaining network infrastructure and system performance.
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain records of IT equipment, service requests, and support activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for technical support when required.
• Support users in resolving day-to-day technology-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, IT administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and business software applications.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Possess own transportation is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
