• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Process orders and follow up on delivery status
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of working experience in customer service
• Good communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English /Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage)
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, Email)
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment or in sales would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
