Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders, delivery schedules, and shipment timelines, ensuring accurate updates and timely communication.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on demand planning, order fulfillment, and delivery-related matters.
• Analyze customer forecasts, monitor demand changes, and coordinate production requirements with internal teams.
• Work closely with Production Planning and Materials teams to align inventory, material availability, and shipment targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting order fulfillment and delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate system records, including order status, ASN documentation, forecasts, and customer-related reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, customer service, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas such as VLOOKUP, IF, IFS, SUMIFS, and pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, WMS) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
