• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, inspection processes, and quality control standards for materials, components, and finished products.
• Lead, coach, and support the QA team by assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections, and quality reviews to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Analyze quality issues, product performance data, and non-conformances to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to address quality concerns, resolve issues, and enhance product and process quality.
• Monitor quality performance metrics, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Manage QA resources, including personnel, training, tools, and equipment, to achieve quality objectives and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Experience in the wire harness or cable assembly industry is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of quality management systems, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, quality reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving, root cause analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
• Good knowledge of quality standards and improvement methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or related frameworks.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
