Position: Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Engineer
Location: Shah Alam (On-site)
Industry: Data Center Business
Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Job responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee testing and commissioning activities for mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Develop and review test procedures, commissioning plans, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing phases.

Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth commissioning processes.

Perform functional and performance testing on systems and equipment.

Document and report test results, including any defects, corrective actions, and recommendations.

Provide technical support and training to operational teams.

Ensure all commissioning activities are completed within project timelines.
Any other duties assigned by Manager.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or in a related field.
Min. 3 - 5 years of experience working in testing and commission, preferably in data centers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), or industrial projects.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (ISTQB, PMP or vendor-specific certifications).
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of testing methodologies troubleshooting techniques, and system integration.
Familiarity with industry standards such as IEEE, IEC, and ISO compliance.
